Pick Party ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed and published by MountainPeak. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Pick Party is designed to work fully offline. We do not require an account, login, or any personal information to use the app.

• No personal data: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
• No usage tracking: We do not track how you use the app, which pickers you choose, or what entries you add to the wheel.
• All data stays on your device: Any options you add (wheel entries, dice settings) are stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers.

2. Advertising

The free version of Pick Party displays ads provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These ad networks may collect certain data for ad personalization, such as:

• Device advertising identifier
• General location (country/region level)
• Device type and operating system

You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings. A one-time in-app purchase removes all ads entirely.

3. In-App Purchases

Pick Party offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have access to your payment details.

4. Children's Privacy

Pick Party is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data at all, there is no children-specific data to protect.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (free version only). Google Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play: For in-app purchases and app distribution.

6. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is minimal risk of data breach. All app data is stored locally on your device.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold (we hold none)
• Request deletion of your data (uninstalling the app removes all local data)
• Opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings
